Standard Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

1.2 Return Process

If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team: Send an email to with the subject “Return Request – [Your Order Number].” In the email, include the following details: 1. Your full name, 2. Order number & 3. Reason for the return
  • Wait for Approval: Our Customer Support Team will review your request and respond to you within 2 business days with further instructions.
  • Packaging the Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that they are well-protected during transit.
  • Return Address: Our Customer Support Team will provide you with the return shipping address along with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please do not send any returns to our warehouse without obtaining an RMA number.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Personalized Items

2.1 Non-Returnable

Please note that personalized items, including those with custom engravings, embossing, or other personalized features, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. We are unable to accept returns for personalized items due to their unique nature and customization.
